据央视新闻，北京公安交管部门消息，11月1日起，邮政寄递、园林绿化、环卫等民生服务行业使用的合规电动三轮车将悬挂“京C”号牌上路行驶，从业驾驶人需考取正三轮摩托车驾驶证方可驾驶车辆，并需遵守道路交通安全法律、法规。违反道路交通法律法规的，公安交管部门将依法予以处罚。
