Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. 曾刚表示，更加注重做好跨周期和逆周期调节，既需要对短期经济的波动有效的熨平，也要培育长期的新周期的增长动能。总量和结构政策要做好一个平衡，短期的逆周期和长期的跨周期二者之间要有效协同，这在未来一段时间都是一个重点。
